Kevin Carlson Takes Helm at Bay College Campus

Kevin Carlson, MBA alum, will take over leadership of Bay College’s West campus in Michigan in April 2016.

Kevin Carlson is taking over leadership of the Bay West campus, replacing Patrick Kennedy, Bay College president Laura Coleman said. Carlson is the college’s vice president of finance, expanding his role to include Bay West, effective immediately.

Carlson has an array of business development and finance experience. Carlson will focus on further promoting Bay College within the community, the schools and advancing higher educational opportunities. The college has added six new programs this past year at Bay West – EMT, paramedics, art and design, mechatronics and robotic systems, geographic information systems and welding.

Bay College offers two-year associate degrees and university transfer programs, as well as career-ready certificates, workforce training and development programs and personal enrichment.
