MBA alum Lynette Ladenburg ’11 was named CEO of Martha & Mary, a social services organization in the Seattle metro area, in October 2016.
Martha & Mary’s board of trustees hired Lynette Ladenburg after a four-month search led by national firm CliftonLarsonAllen.
Previously, Ladenburg served as chief strategic and financial officer for LeadingAge Washington, a trade association for nonprofits working in the field of senior housing and care. Before that, she was Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community’s chief financial & operations officer for 14 years.
“Lynette has an exceptional reputation for strong, effective leadership,” said Helen Stoll, chairperson of Martha & Mary’s board of trustees. “This attribute, combined with her deep knowledge of the senior care / housing industry, makes her uniquely qualified to lead Martha & Mary successfully into the future.”
For 125+ years, Martha & Mary has been caring for children, seniors and families in the Greater Kitsap area. They offer rehab, home care, care management, long term care for seniors and early learning programs for children.
Lynette Ladenburg earned her MBA in Health Care Management from Marylhurst University in 2011.
