Earth Week 2018, Lunch and Learn, Marylhurst UniversityLunch and learn about the latest in sustainability April 16 – 19, 2018

All are invited to the Marylhurst campus to lunch and learn about the latest in sustainable practices in the week leading up to Earth Day, April 16 – 19, 2018. Attendees may enjoy a delicious, healthy lunch at Savor Café while meeting local employers invested in sustainable practices and chatting with community organizers about how to advance earth-friendly actions.

As of press time, the following organizations were confirmed to participate:

Clackamas County Resource Conservation & Solid Waste
Sustainability analyst Alex Mihm will teach you things you don’t already know about recycling.

Imperfect Produce
Imperfect Produce will introduce their program with free fruits and veggies to sample.

M.S. in Food Systems & Society at Marylhurst
Marylhurst faculty will answer questions about food justice and food equity issues.
