MBA alum Sandra Fraser was recently appointed chair of the Professional Women in Building Council by the Homebuilders’ Association of Metropolitan Portland.
Sandra Fraser’s studies at Marylhurst focused on coursework in negotiation and conflict resolution as part of her MBA degree program. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, where she served as a Law Review editor.
Sandra founded Fraser Law in 2016. Her practice focuses on construction law as well as related business and real estate matters. She represents clients on issues such as delay and impact claims, bond and lien actions, and contract disputes.
The Professional Women in Building Council is a select group of residential building professionals who share strategies and solutions to promote, enhance and support professional women in today’s home building industry through education, networking, mentoring and legislative awareness. The Homebuilders’ Association of Metropolitan Portland is the leading voice for the residential building industry, representing more than 1,400 builders, remodelers and industry professionals.
Sandra Fraser earned an MBA from Marylhurst University in 2008. She is also a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Construction Law Section Executive Committee.
